Carla Ellis McGann joined MSTI in 2018 and became the Director of Project Operations in 2021. As an experienced project manager and senior program manager, Ms. Ellis McGann has a proven track record of noteworthy program execution on MSTI’s technology-based government service-related contracts. Since June 2021, Ms. Ellis McGann has served as MSTI’s Director of Project Operations. Her certifications include Project Management Professional and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP); Ms. Ellis McGann also holds a Data Analytics certificate from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.

 

MSTI presented Ms. Ellis McGann with the Chairman of the Board Award in 2019 and 2022 for her outstanding commitment and service to MSTI and its customers.
