Experience: MSTI supported the Army National Guard (ARNG) which is a geographically dispersed force (CONUS/OCONUS), 54 States and Territories, whose members do not generally have the benefit of installation-based support for Military Funeral Honors (MFH) and caring for Survivors of our fallen heroes. The need to provide Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) and MFH to geographically dispersed service members and families is ever-present and ongoing. This need is increased during periods of mobilization, active service and State call-ups.  The Army National Guard (ARNG) is responsible for over 85% of all Army Military Funeral Honors (MFH) performed nationwide. This contract consists of the program of Military Funeral Honors (MFH) and Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) conducted by the Army National Guard (ARNG).   Our contract personnel work hand-in-hand with our government partners to support and provide this most honored and deserving last respects to the Fallen. The ARNG has annually performed on average, over 128,000 Military Funeral Honors. The coordination and implementation of personnel, equipment, and training were all conducted by our professional staff. Once the Soldier is laid to rest with dignity by the MFH Team, the Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) program provides support to Survivors and Family Members through information and related services, so no family is ever forgotten.

The EMT full concept is a suite of SharePoint applications that automates the ACC-RSA process into an Employee tracking system.  The applications provide defined tasks, organizational visibly, and generates notification/escalation emails to the Supervisors, stakeholders and ACC-RSA Action Officers within the given areas of operations, to include but not limited to BMR-HR, BMB, and CCAM-SP, all in order to provide visibility into the in-process/on-boarding progress of a new Employee or the movement of a current employee.
