MSTI was founded by Colonel James T. George (US Army Ret.) in 1989. When exiting the military, Colonel. George wanted to start a company to help support the critical management and budgeting needs of the federal government, focusing on doing the job right the first time, and with passion and integrity. Starting with one employee in 1990, MSTI has grown to over 200 employees. From our humbled start, we have maintained a focus on our customer and always being there to support their ever changing needs and requirements.
