Management Support Technology, Inc. (MSTI) is now hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor/Team Lead to plan, manage, direct, and coordinate activities of personnel who provide warehouse services for various Federal Agencies MSTI supports.  Warehouse Supervisor will oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining electronic inventory and associated records. He/she will be responsible and accountable for the efficient and consistent level of production for assigned programs/projects.  Identify and provide recommendations on practices and techniques that can be used to streamline and improve customer support operations situations for assigned programs/projects. Provide input and recommendations for the growth and professional development of staff.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but not limited to, supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area of personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring electronic inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities. Transporting furniture, equipment and supplies to the agency headquarters and satellite locations.  Coordinating the pickup and delivery of items to and from the agency headquarters and satellite locations.  Coordinating the relocation of offices at the agency headquarters and satellite locations.  Coordinating the setup of conference rooms at the agency headquarters and satellite locations as needed.  Additionally, to successfully perform the essential functions of the job the  Supervisor will drive, stand, sit and walk throughout the day; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves; regular lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting or moving of 50 - 100 pounds, occasional climbing of ladders; usage of pallet jacks and fork lifts.  The Supervisor shall be able to assist in the development and implementation of overall performance management that includes establishment of performance criteria and measures that are aligned with contract requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.



  • Must have at least 3 years’ Supervisory or 2 years’ Team lead experience.
  • Must be knowledgeable of warehouse operations to include use of electronic inventory database.
  • The select candidate shall be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, writing and organization skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate 16 to 26 foot truck.
  • Must have certification and/or experience in operating forklift, cherry picker and electric
    pallet truck.
  • Able to clear a background investigation and drug screening.

Education: High School Diploma
