2022 Employee of the Year – Ta’Michael (Tami) Russell

Ta’Michael (Tami) Russell, G2TS PM

Ms. Russell is responsible for the day-to-day operations, contractual paperwork, and client-side relationship development with Army Contracting Command (ACC) Redstone Arsenal (RSA) G2TS.

She has utilized her expertise in Project Management to guide the team through the Army migration process to Office 365. She lends her knowledge of solution development to the Business Development team of MSTI when requested. Additionally, she has taken lead on the development of the new MSTI website, currently under development.

Her attention to detail and organizational skills has afforded the Director, Project Operations and Senior Program Manager the ability to focus concerns and personnel continuous improvement elsewhere. Ms. Russell is always ahead of schedule for contractual documentation requirements. In addition, she has adapted to the diversified agile processes required at ACC RSA while keeping the development team on target and on task. She has a keen ability to work closely with the client, extrapolating solution requirements, even when the client is not sure of their actual end user design.
