MSTI spearheads the U.S. Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal’s overarching mission to conceive, create, operate, and uphold a cutting-edge web-based knowledge management system platform. We specialize in web design and development, crafting enterprise-level web applications that propel the operational modernization of contracts. Recently, our team successfully executed a hybrid cloud migration, transferring the Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal’s SharePoint platform Knowledge Management Environment from Azure to SharePoint 2016. Presently, we are gearing up for another migration to SharePoint Online using a cloud services platform. VACO OI&T Asset Management Support

MSTl’s VACO asset management program is the backbone of seamless IT logistics operations at the VA Contracting Office. From the meticulous handling of deliveries to the strategic relocation and precise execution of inter/intra-office transfers, our team is dedicated to a comprehensive range of tasks. We receive, load, unload, reallocate, barcode, scan, and securely store excess IT equipment with unparalleled efficiency. Our logistics experts actively engage in both annual and unscheduled inventories, capturing data on a staggering 55,000 assets over a rolling calendar year. This involves the reception and unpacking of new IT equipment, meticulous barcoding for streamlined lifetime asset management. Using cutting-edge tools like ServiceNow and Maximo, we seamlessly fulfill IT equipment requests, retrieve equipment from stock, and meticulously track deliveries to the requesting employee. MSTl’s support extends to the critical realm of IT end-of-useful-life activities, where we orchestrate equipment turn-ins, assess equipment status (useful, repairable, or non-repairable), and efficiently process items for excess. Our commitment to precision and efficiency is unwavering, ensuring a robust and responsive approach to IT asset management.

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) – Logistics Management and Operations Support Services (LMOSS)

MSTI delivers a dynamic suite of services to the FTC, encompassing mailroom support, courier services, executive staff driving, and non-IT equipment identification and maintenance, all tailored for operational excellence. Our mail delivery services are the backbone for two FTC locations, efficiently handling approximately 15,000 pieces of U.S. Postal Service mail, along with FedEx, UPS, and courier mail each month. In our commitment to excellence, MSTI not only executes mailroom support but also conducts essential basic equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal productivity levels by regularly maintaining and sustaining operational efficiency. Moreover, our comprehensive approach extends to providing executive staff driving and shuttle bus services, facilitating seamless transportation for executives and staff to FTC local and regional offices. MSTl’s dedication to delivering top-tier services is evident in our commitment to operational readiness and excellence across diverse functions.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Information Technology Enterprise Development (ITED) Project

MSTI serves as the guardian of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Central Data Exchange (CDX) and its vital processing systems. The CDX stands as the nation’s premier portal for the electronic exchange of environmental data with the EPA’s external stakeholders. Boasting over 65,000 active users from various sectors, including industry, state, tribal, and local agencies, and spanning across 65 environmental programs, the CDX plays a pivotal role in nationwide data exchange. Our commitment extends beyond mere maintenance; we orchestrate and uphold meticulous processing procedures. This includes the handling of document intake and identification, precise document labeling through barcoding, organization of forms and communications in folders, recording postmark and received dates for each package, and seamlessly entering this crucial information into the Records Management System. MSTl’s impact further reverberates through records management assistance, ensuring the smooth distribution of EPA mailings throughout the Reporting Center/Data Processing Center. To guarantee data integrity, we implement a robust quality control process for data entry, adhering to an EPA-approved schedule. This involves a comprehensive visual check, including a thorough examination to prevent the entry of confidential business information data into the system. Our involvement also encompasses active data entry in the Data Processing Center for critical processes like Risks Management Program (RMP), Toxics Release Inventory (TRI), and LEAD Data Processing (LOP). MSTI, with an EPA-approved quality control process, stands as the trusted custodian, ensuring precision, security, and excellence in all data entry endeavors.
