Lindsay Purdum, CAC Card Operator

Ms. Lindsay Purdum has only been working for MSTI a short time as a CAC Card Operator, but it has been long enough to make a lasting impression on our customer at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Visitors Center. Ms. Purdum’s job requires her to verify and issue CAC cards to DOD personnel, military retirees, family members, civilians, and contractors.

It takes a special individual to greet people all day, every day, with a smile and pleasant conversation. She has displayed outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. She is highly adept at following proper protocols to assist NGIC’s customers to protect the integrity of NGIC. Her performance has been outstanding, and Ms. Purdum has exemplified what it is to represent MSTI as an employee.
