SUBCONTRACTOR

MSTI serves as the guardian of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Central Data Exchange (CDX) and its vital processing systems. The CDX stands as the nation’s premier portal for the electronic exchange of environmental data with the EPA’s external stakeholders. Boasting over 65,000 active users from various sectors, including industry, state, tribal, and local agencies, and spanning across 65 environmental programs, the CDX plays a pivotal role in nationwide data exchange. Our commitment extends beyond mere maintenance; we orchestrate and uphold meticulous processing procedures. This includes the handling of document intake and identification, precise document labeling through barcoding, organization of forms and communications in folders, recording postmark and received dates for each package, and seamlessly entering this crucial information into the Records Management System. MSTl’s impact further reverberates through records management assistance, ensuring the smooth distribution of EPA mailings throughout the Reporting Center/Data Processing Center. To guarantee data integrity, we implement a robust quality control process for data entry, adhering to an EPA-approved schedule. This involves a comprehensive visual check, including a thorough examination to prevent the entry of confidential business information data into the system. Our involvement also encompasses active data entry in the Data Processing Center for critical processes like Risks Management Program (RMP), Toxics Release Inventory (TRI), and LEAD Data Processing (LOP). MSTI, with an EPA-approved quality control process, stands as the trusted custodian, ensuring precision, security, and excellence in all data entry endeavors.
